<li>Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition through regular cleaning, servicing and inspections.Drive responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure the safety of passengers.</li>
<li>Assist with office dispatch tasks, including the secure and timely delivery/collectionof company documents, parcels and other essential items.</li>
<li>Ensure all deliveries are properly documented and reach the correct recipients on time.Keep accurate records of deliveries and obtain required acknowledgments when necessary.</li>
<li>Promptly report any vehicle issues, accidents or incidents to management for immediate resolution.</li>
<li>Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company matters and uphold professionalism at all times.</li>
<li>Be flexible and responsive to urgent transportation or office dispatch requests from directors or management.</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.</li>
