Job Title: Admin Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: RM3500 – RM4000

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform general administrative duties, including document filing, record-keeping, and data entry.2. Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth functioning of office equipment.3. Handle external errands, such as banking, government agency visits, or document delivery.4. Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and activities.5. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external parties when necessary.6. Provide support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications

1. Minimum SPM/Diploma in Administration, Business, or a related field.2. Valid driving license and willingness to travel for external tasks.3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).5. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (additional languages are an advantage).6. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
