“为什么这支影片能爆红？”
“为什么这个标题一看就想点？”
“为什么这个品牌的内容，连广告都让人想看完？”

在这里，你不只是发贴文、拍影片、跟风做内容。
你要用 创意 + 策略 + 数据 去打造让人停下滑动的内容，去影响市场、带来流量、创造真实的结果。

你的工作包括：

• 企划、制作并发布能吸引注意力的 Reels、TikTok、Shorts 等短影片内容。
• 撰写有吸引力、有情绪、有销售力的文案与标题。
• 参与品牌活动、广告企划与社群增长项目。
• 追踪内容与广告成效，用数据判断什么该放大、什么该调整。
• 协助执行从「流量 → 潜在客户 → 成交」的完整数字营销流程（Funnel）。

这不是一份“打杂”的实习，而是一份可以真正看到自己成果被放大的机会。

Your Role：

Are you the kind of person who scrolls through FB, IG, or TikTok and wonders:
“Why did this video blow up?”
“Why did this headline make me click?”
“Why does this brand make even their ads impossible to skip?”

If you have that level of curiosity and eye for trends, this is for you.

You won’t just post, edit, or follow trends here.
You’ll be part of a team that uses creativity, strategy, and data to craft content that stops the scroll, drives traffic, and creates real results.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning, producing, and publishing short-form content for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
• Writing attention-grabbing captions, headlines, and storytelling copy.
• Assisting in campaign planning, ad launches, and community growth projects.
• Tracking content and ad performance to optimise what works best.
• Supporting full-funnel digital marketing efforts, from traffic → leads → conversions. 

This isn’t a “get coffee and observe” internship, it’s where your ideas go live and impact real audiences.

Job Requirements

• 对数字营销与社交媒体经营充满热忱，敢想敢做、喜欢测试与执行。
   
• 文笔流畅，表达能力强，能以精准叙事打动人心。
   
• 个性主动积极、责任心强，能够独立完成任务。
   
• 具备良好的沟通及团队协作能力，能与设计、广告及内容团队紧密配合。
   
• 对细节与数据敏感，能清楚掌握每个项目的进度与成果。
   
• Bonus: 熟悉 Reels / TikTok 拍摄剪辑、Canva / CapCut / Meta Ads 等基础操作尤佳。

• Active on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.) and sharp at spotting trends and audience behaviour.
• Passionate about digital marketing and social media growth, not afraid to test, execute, and make things happen.
• Strong writing and storytelling ability; can communicate clearly and persuasively.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to manage tasks independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate with design, ad, and content teams.
• Detail-oriented, data-aware, and can keep projects on track.
• Bonus: Basic skills in Reels/TikTok video editing, Canva, CapCut, or Meta Ads are a plus.
