Job Description

Make days flow and short-form videos stand out — this role blends creative content work with household coordination to free up senior leadership. By working with us at Oasis Swiss Sdn Bhd, a growing e-commerce team, you'll be based in the Director's house and support the Director directly while shaping advertising that reaches real customers.

Your core purpose is to be the Director's operational backbone: manage household logistics, run the calendar, coordinate vendors, and deliver polished short videos so the Director can focus on strategy. You will keep sensitive matters confidential, follow up on tasks, and make sure daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibility

This role is to free up Director's time from miscellaneous tasks so that the Director can devote time to strategic tasks.

40%  Content Creation

• Responsible for shooting/ editing and producing short video/ reels for advertising creatives/ social media
• Optimize video rhythm, opening hooks, and conversion-focused storytelling 
• Continuously optimize hooks, pain points, and keywords for videos and reels.
• Manage media files, ensure proper backup and organisation of footage 

40% Family/Home Management

• handle confidential and sensitive situations in professional manner
• provide multifaceted services e.g. making appointments, children, driver's schedule
• act as the point of contact and develop professional relationships with reliable vendors/ suppliers/ collabration
• Organize and supervise contractors for household repairs and maintenance.
• Drive Director/Family members during absence of Driver.

20% Personal Assistant Duties

• Display absolute discretion at handling confidential information
• Track and drive the completion of assigned tasks and follow up on outstanding items
• Conduct ad hoc research on vendors, products, experiences, and other personal items
• Get quotations for services and perform analysis to find best suitable solution
• Complete projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Malaysian Mandarin Speaker Only.
• Prefer between 25 to 35 years old.
• Must have your own transportation (car) and and able to travel within Klang Valley if needed.
• 1-2 years of experience in creating compelling content for social media is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience as Personal Assistant to Director/ Datuk/ Datin
•  Proficient in programs like Google Workspace (Gdoc, Gsheet) or Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) 
•  Self-starter that shows strong initiative and passion.
