<h3><strong>Creative &amp; Design Support</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist in designing social media content, marketing materials, presentations, and branding assets for Launchpad and client projects.</li>
<li>Support the creative team in executing visual concepts for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and digital ads.</li>
<li>Contribute fresh ideas and creative perspectives during brainstorming sessions.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Content &amp; Production</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Create graphics, illustrations, layouts, and simple motion graphics (optional but a plus).</li>
<li>Prepare design files, templates, and visual assets for internal and external use.</li>
<li>Assist in photo/video shoots or content creation sessions when required.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Branding &amp; Visual Consistency</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms.</li>
<li>Help update visual assets and maintain organized design libraries.<br>&nbsp;</li>
