Launchpad is a modern digital growth agency helping brands scale through marketing, creative production, automation, and AI-powered solutions. We partner with clients across multiple industries to produce high-impact visuals, social content, branding, and digital campaigns.

We are looking for a passionate Graphic Design Intern who wants real-world experience, hands-on learning, and exposure to agency-level work.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Design Support

• Assist in designing social media content, marketing materials, presentations, and branding assets for Launchpad and client projects.
• Support the creative team in executing visual concepts for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and digital ads.
• Contribute fresh ideas and creative perspectives during brainstorming sessions.
   

Content & Production

• Create graphics, illustrations, layouts, and simple motion graphics (optional but a plus).
• Prepare design files, templates, and visual assets for internal and external use.
• Assist in photo/video shoots or content creation sessions when required.
   

Branding & Visual Consistency

• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms.
• Help update visual assets and maintain organized design libraries.
   

Collaboration

• Work closely with the creative team, social media managers, and project leads to deliver timely and high-quality visuals.
• Adapt designs based on feedback and consistently improve output quality.
   

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva (After Effects or Premiere Pro is a bonus).
• Strong eye for typography, layout, colour, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and explore new design trends.
• Basic familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your best design work (student projects are acceptable).
