Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visuals for digital platforms including social media, website banners, EDMs, and online campaigns.
- Develop creative assets for product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Support retail needs by designing in-store visuals, point-of-sale materials, and packaging artwork.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with Christy Ng’s brand guidelines and aesthetic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver creative solutions.
- Prepare artwork for production and liaise with vendors when necessary.
- Stay updated on design trends, fashion aesthetics, and emerging creative tools.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant design experience (fashion or retail industry is a strong advantage)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and color
- A keen eye for detail with high standards for visual quality
- Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Comfortable receiving feedback and translating it into improved creative output
- Photography, videography, motion graphics, or AI design tool experience is a plus.
