<li>Organise and coordinate department internal activities such as festival celebration/ teambuilding</li>
<li>Assist to oversee department employees’ attendance</li>
<li>Assist on monitor and manage company assets within department&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist to compile department budget forecast</li>
<li>Initiate and submit purchase order, invoice, and payment that request for Marketing department</li>
<li>Update and maintain department documentation</li>
<li>Assist to attend to marketing related inquiries from social media, message, email or phone</li>
