Job Description

  1. Digital Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, integrated digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals and revenue targets.
  • Conduct continuous market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic direction.
  • Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget across all channels, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices (including GenAI, new platforms, and algorithm changes).
  1. Campaign Management & Execution
  • Oversee and lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across key channels:
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) across all digital channels.
    • SEO/SEM: Drive organic traffic growth and manage paid search (PPC) campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.).
    • Paid Social: Strategize and manage campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    • Email/CRM: Develop email marketing and automation strategies for lead nurturing and customer retention.
    • Content Marketing: Collaborate with content teams to ensure digital content is optimized, engaging, and aligned with campaign goals.
    • Website/UX: Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts and ensure an excellent user experience (UX) across all digital assets.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms) to track performance, uncover insights, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Present detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  1. Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring they deliver on defined scopes and KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's or advanced certification is a plus).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 2+ years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven digital marketing strategies that resulted in significant growth.
  • Ability to see the big picture and translate business objectives into effective long-term digital plans.
  • Expert-level ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make budget and strategy adjustments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team.
  • Deep, demonstrable expertise in SEO, PPC, Social Media Advertising, and Email Marketing/Automation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to clearly articulate strategy and results to all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex campaigns and projects simultaneously.
