-Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
-Optimize SEO strategies for website and online content.
3.Customer Engagement & Loyalty Programs:
-Develop and manage customer loyalty programs to encourage repeat business.
-Implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
-Collect customer feedback and analyze reviews for service improvement.
4.Event & Promotion Planning:
-Organize food tastings, influencer events, and seasonal promotions.
-Plan and execute marketing activations, partnerships, and sponsorships.
-Coordinate with outlets to ensure successful campaign execution.
5.Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
-Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trend.
-Analyze competitor strategies and recommend improvements.
-Provide insights on menu pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
6.Sales & Revenue Growth Support:
-Work closely with the sales team to increase dine-in, takeout, and delivery sales.
-Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions with key performance metrics
-Adjust marketing strategies based on sales data and customer behavior.
