Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and passionate Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth and brand presence in the foodservice industry. This role involves building relationships with customers, promoting Chefonic’s products and solutions, and supporting marketing initiatives that showcase our culinary expertise.

Job Description:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the foodservice and hospitality industry.
   
• Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, restaurants, hotels, and industry partners.
   
• Promote Chefonic’s products, culinary solutions, and services to potential and existing clients.
   
• Support sales activities including product presentations, customer meetings, and follow-ups.
   
• Work closely with the Application Chef team to coordinate product demonstrations and tasting sessions.
   
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
   
• Create and manage marketing content for digital platforms, social media, and promotional materials.
   
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.
   
• Prepare sales reports, track performance, and support business development initiatives.
   
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, culinary, and operations to ensure excellent customer experience.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
   
• Experience in foodservice, hospitality, or F&B industry is an advantage.
   
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
   
• Passion for food, culinary trends, and the foodservice industry.
   
• Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
   
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
   
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, events, or exhibitions.
   
• Basic proficiency in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
