Job Description

  • Support in marketing operations implementation on app (ie. Banner updates, product creation etc)
  • Support in marketing operations implementation in store display (digital and physical)
  • Support communication across departments (Operations, Marketing, BD, QA, Projects) to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Luckin Coffee events, activations, and customer engagement activities.
  • Attend to customer messages, reviews, and feedback on Luckin Coffee’s social media accounts, feedback platforms, and customer service hotline.
  • Ensure customer queries and complaints are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and report on online customer sentiment, providing insights to improve service quality.
  • Registering and validating of new Luckin outlets on Google Locations
  • Plan and execute strategies to encourage and manage Google Business Page reviews for new and existing outlets.
  • Share best practices to ensure consistent customer communication across all touchpoints.
  • Support and monitor competitors activities across own channels, social media and e-commerce marketplaces (not limited to these channels)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communication, Customer Service or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced or regional environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, branding and management.
  • Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
