Job Description

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, XHS, etc.) to achieve brand and business goals.

- Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring new and emerging platforms and integrating them into the overall marketing strategy.

- Ensure social media content is aligned with the brand's tone, voice, and messaging across all channels.

2. Content Creation & Community Engagement

- Create engaging, visually appealing, and on-brand content for various social media platforms (posts, stories, videos, etc.).

- Engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build strong relationships and brand loyalty.

- Curate and manage user-generated content, ensuring it supports brand awareness and audience engagement.

3. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (engagement rates, impressions, click-through rates, etc.) for all social media channels.

- Provide regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns, offering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for optimization.

- Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance and refine strategies based on results.

4. Campaign Management & Paid Advertising

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.

- Work with marketing teams to ensure ad content aligns with overall campaign goals and company messaging.

- Experiment with different ad formats, targeting strategies, and budget allocations to maximize campaign ROI.

Job Requirements

• A self-starter who is initiative, data-driven and come up with new ideas.
• An open-minded mindset towards new technologies and digital marketing strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging content across various formats (text, images, video).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
