The Facilities Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and upkeep of building facilities to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment. This role involves preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems. The Facilities Technician is responsible for the maintenance of all facilities matters covering all businesses and business operations of PSL. The following is the scope and job description, but shall not be limited to:
&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance &amp; Repair &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems and equipment promptly. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance work. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Safety &amp; Compliance &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct regular safety checks and report hazards. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in fire safety, evacuation drills, and emergency response procedures. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Facilities Support &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in setting up and maintaining office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle minor renovation, carpentry, painting, or general upkeep tasks. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Documentation &amp; Reporting &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Report recurring issues or potential facility improvements to the Facilities Manager. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare periodic maintenance reports.</li>
</ul>
