Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in operations issues & monitoring of staffs' customer service & discipline.
- Ensure upkeep of store/outlet, attend to staffs' welfare & resolve customers’ enquiries/complaints.
- Compile and maintain sales collection, generate sales reports.
- Coordinate training activities and coach promoters when needed.
- Possess good people handling skills with good sense of responsibility and commitment.

Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Retail Management or any relevant field
- With at least 3 years of working experience in fashion retail environment
- Pleasant personality and appearance, independent and self-motivated

- Able to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays and long hours
