<li>Assist in preparing tenders documents including measurements of quantities.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing all variation order are well recorded and claimed.</li>
<li>Assist in verifying, cost-control of all suppliers, sub-contractor, workers and etc.</li>
<li>Assist to ensure every progress claim, certifications, invoices to clients are issued on timely basis.</li>
<li>Calculate needs for construction supplies.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing final account.</li>
<li>Any other duty as when request by your immediate superior</li>

• Support contract admin: measure quantities, log variations, verify costs, issue claims &amp; final accounts
• Work on live construction projects in Johor Bahru and Batu Pahat
• Gain hands-on contracts, costing &amp; tendering exposure with project impact!

• Sediakan dokumen kontrak, ukur kuantiti, rekod variasi, kawal kos pembekal/subkontraktor dan tuntutan.  
• Syarikat pembangunan beroperasi di Johor Bahru/Batu Pahat.  
• Pendedahan praktikal dalam ukuran, kawalan kos dan tuntutan untuk tingkatkan kemahiran!
