Job Description
- Implement, maintain, and improve ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) management systems.
- Plan and conduct internal and external audits, including developing audit programs and supporting the company’s risk management framework.
- Collaborate with site teams and departments to address non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all project operations.
- Deliver ISO-related training and awareness sessions to staffs.
- Ensure proper document control and maintenance of all ISO-related documentation.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in ISO 9001, 14001, and/or 45001 management systems (preferably in the construction industry).
- Good understanding of internal auditing and ISO compliance processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across different levels of the organization.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
