Job Responsibility:

<li>Support in the overall Finance and Accounts matters.</li>
<li>Handle full set management account and comply with regulation.</li>
<li>Responsible to liaise with external auditors, tax consultant, bankers, creditors, debtors, government authority and other related parties on all financial and accounts matters.</li>
<li>Perform other ad-hoc duties &amp; responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by superior from time to time.</li>
<li>Review and analyse financial results, identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, system enhancement and analysing organization operations.</li>
<li>Responsible for the Company’s accounting and financial functions such as taxation, cash flow management, budgeting, financial analysis, analysing variances; and developing improvements.</li>
<li>Design, plan, implement and improve the accounting and financial policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Handle full set of accounts and responsible for month-end/ year-end financial closing activities, journal postings and prompt submission of relevant reports to Management.</li>
<li>Preparation of Monthly /Quarterly / Yearly Management Reports.</li>
<li>Able to handle the staff in Accounts Department.</li>
</ol>
