Szindore is a fragrance brand focused on delivering high-quality, long-lasting perfumes that leave a memorable impression. As an e-commerce-driven business, we cater to a fast-growing customer base that values, sophistication, and uniqueness in scent. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce visually compelling content that aligns with our Szindore Perfume identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, a passion for design, and the ability to turn ideas into impactful visual stories across digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a wide range of visual content including social media graphics, brochures, posters, presentations, websites, advertisements, and packaging.
• Lead the design of showcases and promotional posters for product launches.
• Create artwork for stickers, bottles, packaging boxes, and event materials.
• Review and approve all final artworks before production.
• Conduct quality checks on all printed designs delivered by suppliers via email.
• Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate printing costs and manage production timelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and product teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content and marketing materials.
• Prepare designs for print production and ensure high-quality print standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design strategies.
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final designs meet project requirements.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). 
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Experience with motion graphics, web design, or UI/UX is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to take creative direction and work independently or as part of a team.
