&nbsp;Job Responsibilities:

<li>Responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management of Chinese-speaking live streamer families / agencies in overseas regions (including Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan ROC, etc.), promoting their long-term growth on the platform.</li>
<li>Continuously explore and implement empowerment strategies for streamer families; work closely with the Product Team to launch new features and operational activities, enhancing their engagement and revenue on the platform.</li>
<li>Develop and optimize the management framework and operational policies for streamer families.</li>
</ol>
