 Location: Residensi Park, Bandar Bukit Jalil, Persiaran Bukit Jalil Utama, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations of live commerce sessions, including product planning, scheduling, and execution
• Assist hosts with pre-live preparations such as product listing, pricing setup, giveaways, and script planning
• Monitor live stream performance in real time (traffic, engagement, conversions) and provide live support
• Coordinate post-live tasks including order fulfillment, customer inquiries, and after-sales follow-up
• Analyze live stream data (e.g., viewer retention, sales performance, peak times) and optimize strategies
• Liaise with platforms like TikTok for campaign participation, platform updates, and event coordination

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in live streaming, e-commerce, or digital operations
• Experience with platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or Facebook Live is an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate with hosts, creatives, and marketing teams
• Data-driven with understanding of viewer engagement metrics and live stream analytics
• Proficient in Mandarin (required), with working knowledge of English and Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
