Job Description

Management Trainee duration: 2 years

*Go to China for 6 months for training! (Accommodation, transportation and Allowances provided)

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured training program covering various engineering and management aspects.
• Gain hands-on experience through on-the-job training and rotational assignments across different departments.
• Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of engineering processes.
• Work closely with senior engineers to learn about production workflows, maintenance strategies, and process improvements.
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of engineering systems and products.
• Learn and assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Open for fresh graduates with Mechanical Engineering & Chemical Engineering/Chemistry background!
• Lesser than 12 months' working experience are also encouraged to apply
• Great proficiency in Mandarin and English are required due to company nature
