Management Trainee duration: 2 years

<h2>Responsibilities:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Participate in a structured training program covering various engineering and management aspects.</li>
<li>Gain hands-on experience through on-the-job training and rotational assignments across different departments.</li>
<li>Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of engineering processes.</li>
<li>Work closely with senior engineers to learn about production workflows, maintenance strategies, and process improvements.</li>
<li>Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring engineering projects.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met.</li>
<li>Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of engineering systems and products.</li>
<li>Learn and assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

This job is a 2-year Management Trainee program for those with a Mechanical or Chemical Engineering background. You might like this job because you’ll train in China for 6 months and gain hands-on experience in engineering and management!
