Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of
engineering projects. This includes managing project flow, timelines, budgets, resources,
and addressing quality concerns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure
project objectives are achieved to the highest quality standards, in compliance with ISO
9001 and preferably AS9100 quality management systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and take on exciting opportunities for career growth.
- Basic ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and production optimization
- Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies, including 5S, Lean, and Kaizen.
- Willingness to learn industry regulations and compliance standards
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Possession of relevant professional certifications is a plus.
- Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (preferred).
