Junior Physiotherapist:

<li>Handle all physiotherapy services and schedules, either at the center or for house calls, to maximize patient satisfaction.</li>
<li>Adjust and revise treatment plans as needed, considering patient responses, capacity, and changes in their condition.</li>
<li>Address patient complaints by offering clear explanations and maintaining accurate records to prevent misunderstandings.</li>
<li>Optimize daily schedules to accommodate changes and meet patient demands.</li>
<li>Participate in company-organized events.</li>

<li>Conduct comprehensive assessments of complex or chronic patient conditions, ensuring detailed consultation and tailored treatment plans.</li>

<li>Lead physiotherapy services for critical or high-priority cases, including on-site, house calls, or specialized programs.</li>
<li>Handle escalated patient complaints or concerns, ensuring professional communication and timely resolution.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for all cases and contribute to the development of best practices and protocols.</li>
<li>Represent the center at community and professional events, showcasing expertise and promoting the brand.</li>
<li>Assist in planning and executing team schedules to balance workloads and enhance overall team productivity.</li>
<li>Provide input on strategic decisions, including resource allocation, service enhancements, and team development initiatives.</li>
<li>Execute tasks and projects as assigned by the management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. </li>
