You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing comprehensive information about our training services and ensuring a professional and positive experience. Your role is pivotal in converting inquiries into loyal clients through exceptional customer service and operational support.&nbsp;
Responsibilities:

<li>Set up prospect profiles in the CRM system.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>⁠Build rapport and strong professional relationships with interested prospects, acting on any sales opportunities.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle incoming inquiries and manage client bookings and consultation appointments.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Keep clients updated and in touch through all relationship-building checkpoints within the KD Trainer Training System.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Respond to and handle incoming client feedback alongside the team.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>⁠Liaise with clients regarding payments and general inquiries.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Update the Client Results wall, achievement board, and other relevant updates to keep the team and clients informed.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Organise client testimonials and marketing content.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments to organise social events for trainers and clients.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Build, enhance, and maintain the client experience with KD Trainer professionally.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform billing and administrative duties.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Execute departmental checklists.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle the opening and closing of the workplace.</li>
</ul>
