Roles :
* Greet and assist clients in person, online, or via phone/email in a professional and friendly manner.
* Manage member check-ins, class bookings, and cancellations via the gym’s CRM or booking system.
* Handle membership registrations, renewals, upgrades, and payments (cashless and POS).
* Maintain accurate and confidential member databases and attendance records.
* Issue invoices, receipts, and membership cards as required.
2. Scheduling & Coordination
* Support the gym’s class and trainer scheduling, ensuring accurate timetables.
3. Office & Facility Administration
* Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of reception, training zones, and recovery areas (infrared sauna, cold plunge, shower room, etc.).
* Liaise with vendors and service providers (cleaning, repairs, equipment maintenance).
* Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
4. Financial & Reporting Support
* Record daily sales and attendance summaries.
* Track membership revenue, petty cash, and expense claims.
* Support management with monthly reports and inventory audits.
* Assist in payroll or trainer commission calculations if needed.
5. Customer Relations & Marketing Support
* Collect client feedback and relay to management for continuous improvement.
* Support social media or marketing campaigns (e.g. posting class schedules, promotions).
6. Systems & Compliance
* Maintain confidentiality of all client data and business records.
* Ensure all paperwork, consent forms, and liability waivers are properly filed.
* Update internal SOPs or checklists to reflect new operational changes.
7. Employee Records & Compliance
* Track attendance & leave records & reporting

* Manage HR policies & SOP updates are executed & communicate
