Job Descriptions:

1.	Physiotherapy Resident Therapy:
<ul>
<li>Provide physiotherapy treatment to all residents, with or without a therapy package.</li>
<li>Assess and treat patients with a focus on improving mobility, reducing pain and enhancing overall quality of life.</li>
</ul>

2.	Activity Management:
<ul>
<li>Take charge of daily activities, ensuring they are aligned with residents’ therapeutic.</li>
<li>Plan and lead group therapy sessions and exercise programs.</li>
</ul>

3.	Leadership and Collaboration:
<ul>
<li>Lead and support clinical staff in delivering quality care.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Clinical and Assistant Manager to address the welfare of residents.</li>
</ul>

4.	Resident Assessments:
<ul>
<li>Conduct initial assessments for new residents, focusing on fall risk and other health concerns.</li>
<li>Regularly re-assess residents to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.</li>
</ul>

5.	Package Conversion:
<ul>
<li>Identify residents who would benefit from therapy packages and successfully convert them to these packages.</li>
</ul>

6.	Physiotherapy Resident Therapy:
<ul>
<li>Provide physiotherapy treatment to all residents, with or without a therapy package.</li>
<li>Assess and treat patients with a focus on improving mobility, reducing pain and enhancing overall quality of life.</li>
</ul>

7.	Family Communication:
<ul>
<li>Provide timely reports to residents’ families through Whatsapp or other apps, keeping them informed of their loved ones’ progress and needs</li>
</ul>

8.	Resident Wellbeing:
<ul>
<li>Ensure the overall wellbeing of residents by maintaining high standards of care and regular monitoring.</li>
</ul>

9.	Annual and Special Activities:
<ul>
<li>Contribute to and participate in annual activities and family events, incorporating therapeutic aspects as per company’s yearly plan.</li>
</ul>

10.	Promotion and Marketing:
<ul>
<li>Promote the importance of rehabilitation and physiotherapy to the elderly in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Market and find clients for home-based physiotherapy services.</li>
</ul>

11.	Team Collaboration:
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the clinical team to identify residents’ needs and determine how physiotherapy can enhance their wellbeing.</li>
<li>Support the clinical team in delivering comprehensive care</li>
</ul>
