We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Paid Media Manager to join our
team, with a focus on managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across social channels for the Australian market. In this role, you’ll work closely with our senior paid media team
to implement and refine media strategies, helping clients maximize their return
investment (ROI) while meeting key business goals. This position reports to the
Head of Paid Media. Your working hour will be between 8am - 4pm. Primarily remote with the expectation of working from the office twice a month.

SO WHAT IS A Mid-Level Media Manager?
The Mid-Level Paid Media Manager defines and executes data-driven digit
strategies to maximize the value of advertising investments for our clients. You will
be responsible for developing advanced, paid social media, ensuring successful campaign implementation, budget optimization, and
tracking of performance metrics. This role requires in-depth knowledge of
programmatic buying technologies, audience targeting, and a keen ability to identify
the best inventory and bidding strategies to achieve client goals. Collaboration with
internal and external stakeholders will be key to delivering best-in-class results.
