Job Description
- Responsible for all inspection and supervisory role over the contractor’s works
- Proper documentation of all activities on site including
- Ensure contractor comply to construction drawings and specifications
- Ensure that the quality of work and workmanship to the required standards
- Witnessing material testing
- Coordinate effectively with various contractors, consultant & authorities on all site matter
- To check that works are carried out in the correct construction sequence
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor ‘s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction
- Ability to interpret drawings and coordinate construction drawings between consultant and contractors
- Ability to monitor construction work programme
- Diligent, motivated, hardworking, trustworthy and resourceful team member
- Able to work independently and to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision
- Based in Skudai, Johor.
- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to start work immediately is a preferable
- Posses own transport
