We are dedicated and passionate about our vision - to be the leading provider of total customer solutions in the oil sector and its allied businesses.We are seeking dynamic &amp; innovative individuals who have the drive to make a difference &amp; are fueled to succeed! &nbsp;Responsibilities:<ol><li>Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and oversee all maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.</li><li>Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plant equipment, including pumps, motors, compressors, boilers, and instrumentation.</li><li>Plan and coordinate plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and major equipment overhauls.</li><li>Perform root cause analysis (RCA), failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), and predictive maintenance to improve equipment performance.</li><li>Monitor maintenance data, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Manage maintenance budget, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.</li><li>Oversee contractor and vendor management, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Enforce workplace SSHE standards and conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.</li><li>Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for maintenance planning and execution.</li><li>Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to maintenance personnel.</li></ol>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering, preferably in biodiesel, oleochemical, petrochemical, or refinery plants.</li><li>Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance, RCA, and FMEA.</li><li>Hands-on experience with CMMS software (SAP).</li><li>Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Familiarity with plant utilities such as boilers, compressors, pumps, and rotating equipment.</li><li>Willing to work in Port Dickson and travel when required.</li></ul>&nbsp;Thank you for your application!
