We are dedicated and passionate about our vision - to be the leading provider of total customer solutions in the oil sector and its allied businesses.We are seeking dynamic &amp; innovative individuals who have the drive to make a difference &amp; are fueled to succeed! &nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily transactions using SAP tools for procurement of commodities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to policies and regulations.</li><li>Cultivate ethical and mutually beneficial relationships with accredited vendors, maintaining a reliable vendor list for all bids.</li><li>Develop alternate supply sources, implement procurement strategies for optimal profitability, and establish longer-term alliances with key vendors.</li><li>Review contract awards, negotiate with vendors, and conduct vendor performance evaluations.</li><li>Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while adhering to controls and procurement policies.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the company and vendors, resolving inquiries and providing procurement support to business units.</li><li>Steward value generation, execute positive supplier relationship management, and support strategic implementations, especially for fast-track executions.</li><li>Lead coordination with the Tax team for duty/tax exemptions on imported materials.</li><li>Act as Project Lead for Supply Chain Management coordination with Project teams.</li><li>Monitor Total Cost of Ownership practices, reinforce benchmarking, and ensure supplier performance.</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or engineering with CGPA above 3.00.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Possesses 3-5 years working experience in Procurement with contracting knowledge or related supply chain functions.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Candidates with a certified procurement and/or supply chain accreditation is highly preferred.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Having knowledge in Purchase-to-Pay process will be an added advantage.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Must have strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills and able to write convincingly.</li></ul> Our Commitment:We are a fair and equal opportunity employer that welcomes applications from all individuals, including People with Disabilities (PWD).﻿At Petron, we are not just in the business of oil, we are also in the business of fueling lives.We’re thrilled that you’d like to join Petron.
