Role Summary
Service technician installs and services commercial kitchen equipment at customer sites, and serves as the technical link between customers, our sales support team and overseas principals.&nbsp;

Key Responsibilities
<ol>
<li>Install, test, commission and service commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and modify equipment at customer sites.</li>
<li>Attend service calls and restore equipment with minimum downtime.</li>
<li>Liaise with overseas factories on technical support, warranty and product issues, including meetings outside standard hours.</li>
<li>Prepare spare parts recommendations and repair quotations with the sales support team.</li>
<li>Provide technical consultation and after-sales support to customers.</li>
<li>Spot sales opportunities during service visits and recommend equipment or upgrades.</li>
<li>Maintain strong customer relationships through regular service visits and support.</li>
<li>Attend product training and exhibitions, and support product demonstrations.</li>
