Job Description

• Assist in identifying business leads and arranging meetings with potential clients
• Support preparation of quotations and review basic agreements when required
• Help manage and maintain accurate customer records and sales order tracking
• Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure smooth workflow
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media, emails, and other digital channels
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and collect insights for business or marketing strategies
• Help prepare presentation materials, reports, and sales/marketing collateral
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, inventory) to support business goals and operations

Job Requirements

•  Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Good communication and writing skills in English & Mandarin
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable multitasking across marketing and business-related tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus
• Interest in technology, automation, and B2B industries
• Internship Period: Preferably 5 to 6 months, from October 2025 to March 2026
