<li>Use imagination, judgment, skill, and experience to design life-like animations</li>
<li>Design models, backgrounds, sets, characters, objects and the animation environment.</li>
<li>Keep abreast of new technologies and techniques to deliver cutting edge work.</li>
<li>In addition to being comfortable with the technical aspects of CG work and willing to take on ad hoc tasks as required.</li>
