We're 3D, a creative advertising and brand activation agency specializing in 360 creative campaign ideas. We're seeking individual with strong strategic thinking and design skills, capable of translating ATL advertising concepts that can be downstreamed into on-ground BTL designs, engaging experiential roadshows and activations that encompass social media communications as well.

Key Responsibilities 

• Conceptualization and dynamic visual designs in 2D. 
• Conduct extensive research to ensure project alignment, crafting compelling mood boards and designs.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, from brainstorms to end product.
• Ensure designs align with corporate standards, we prioritize high-quality work that effectively communicates a compelling story.
• Monitor and report on your creative workflow, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of projects. 

Job Requirements

1. Minimum educational requirement of Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
2. Possess 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the dynamic field of Event or Advertising Industry.
3. Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator for Graphic Design is mandatory. Sketchup / 3ds max or any 3D software is an advantage. 
4. Must have own transportation for flexibility and mobility.
5. Ideally, seeking for a strong artistic and creative abilities with a specialization in with experience and good portfolio. 
6. Candidates with lower experience levels will also be considered, emphasizing potential for growth and development.
