The Job:

1. Software Design & Development

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable components using TypeScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
• Build frontend interfaces optimised for speed and responsiveness.
• Architect secure and scalable backend systems for high-availability environments.
  

2. AI Feature Integration

• Deploy AI-powered features into production environments.
• Optimise AI integrations for performance, stability, and usability.
  

3. Technical Planning & CI/CD

• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Review code submissions and ensure quality through CI/CD processes.
  

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Translate user and business needs into practical, technical outcomes.
• Liaise with UI/UX, Product, and ML teams for aligned product delivery.

5. Operational Support

• Troubleshoot application issues across frontend and backend layers.
• Provide second-level technical support to business stakeholders as needed.

Job Requirements

 The Person:

• 2-5 years of software industry experience.
• Solid hands-on experience with TypeScript and ReactJS or NodeJS in production environments.
• Depth in either one of the following focus areas:
• Backend: Advanced understanding of database design, CAP Theorem, and distributed systems.
  OR
• Frontend: Demonstrated excellence in building refined, user-focused interfaces with performance and usability in mind.
• Solid grasp of product development lifecycles, design thinking, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with AWS, AWS Lambda, and the Serverless Framework.
• Familiarity with high-performance frontend technologies such as WebGL, WebAssembly, and Canvas API.
• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
