Job Description: 
Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not limited to:- 
<ul>
<li>Perform screening, monitoring and processing on all press releases/contents in compliance with client policies and content guidelines.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible for analysing, reviewing and identifying press releases/contents that are not in compliance with content guidelines and resolve it on a timely manner.</li>
<li>Understand and remain up-to-date with client policies and content guidelines.</li>
<li>Anticipate unforeseen/spontaneous client requests on content review resolve it within scheduled time frame while maintaining standards of quality and accuracy</li>
<li>Respond to client inquiries with speed, empathy, accuracy, quality</li>
<li>Assist client in submitting press releases/content to upstream media outlets.</li>
<li>Willingness to process content with potentially sensitive issues, including but not limited to: Adult content, Religious and philosophically sensitive issues, alcohol, tobacco, weapons and other potentially offensive products. We care for our employees’ well-being, health and safety and ensure that they have the support and resources needed to execute the responsibilities of their roles.</li>
