<li>Cleanliness: Maintain the highest level of hygiene and cleanliness at the stall, including all serving areas, equipment, and storage.</li>
<li>Equipment Care: Ensure all simple brewing equipment is operated and cleaned properly at the end of each day.</li>
</ul>
