Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.</li>
<li>Make beds, replace linens, towels, and other guest supplies.</li>
<li>Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to required hygiene standards.</li>
<li>Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.</li>
<li>Restock consumables (toiletries, tissue, water bottles, etc.) according to inventory guidelines.</li>
<li>Conduct unit checks before guest arrivals and after check-outs.</li>
<li>Report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues to the operator/management immediately.</li>
<li>Follow cleaning checklist and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency.</li>
<li>Maintain cleaning tools and equipment in good working condition.</li>
<li>Uphold safety and cleanliness standards at all times.</li>
</ul>
Additional Duties (if required)
<ul>
<li>Assist with laundry and ironing of linens.</li>
<li>Support in deep-cleaning or spring-cleaning schedules.</li>
<li>Work with the team to improve guest satisfaction and reviews.</li>
</ul>
