You are driven to: Sustainability &amp; ESG Coordination:&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>Collect, consolidate, and analyse sustainability-related data from all business units within the Prima Avenue Group.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of data by verifying sources and resolving discrepancies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Organize data into a structured, accessible repository for ongoing use and reporting.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare detailed reports and visually engaging presentations on ESG metrics for internal and external stakeholders.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage ESG-related events, workshops, and campaigns to promote sustainability awareness and engagement.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support ESG audits, assessments, and compliance with relevant frameworks and standards (e.g., Bursa, GRI, SASB, CDP, IFRS).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainability initiatives and achieve corporate sustainability goals.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

Business Performance Analytics: 
<ul>
<li>Perform in-depth business performance analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Compile and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct market studies and benchmarking to assess industry trends, competitor performance, and emerging opportunities.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to asset management and sustainability.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the development of strategies to optimize asset performance, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
