<li><strong>Data Visualization &amp; Reporting:</strong> Develop performance dashboards and work with respective countries on preparing weekly/monthly KPI reports.</li>
<li><strong>Process Documentation:</strong> Assist in the formal documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will work closely with site teams to record current workflows and highlight areas of improvement.</li>
<li><strong>Project Milestone Tracking:</strong> Act as the custodian of the regional project PMO (Project Management Office) tracker. You will monitor timelines for various Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and flag potential delays to the Senior Manager.</li>
<li><strong>Operational Deep-Dives:</strong> Perform granular data analysis to support root-cause investigations.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
