<li>The Artist: Prepare and serve premium coffee, styling gelato scoops, and plating desserts with care and precision.</li>
<li>The Host: Provide friendly, high-energy customer service. You are the reason customers come back!.</li>
<li>The Operator: Handle orders and payments at the POS system accurately.</li>
<li>The Keeper: Maintain a sparkling clean shop environment (basic cleaning of dining and work areas) to ensure our spot is always "Insta-ready".</li>
