Discover a career where your ideas matter, your growth is nurtured, and together, we create a brighter tomorrow.Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and prioritize new product opportunities within the consumer appliances category by analysing market trends, customer insights, and competitor offerings.</li><li>Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with external partners and manufacturers; collaborate closely to design, develop, and deliver new product models.</li><li>Lead end-to-end product development, including consumer research, product requirement definition, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination from concept to launch.</li><li>Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including market segmentation, value proposition development, pricing framework, positioning and capacity planning.</li><li>Partner with internal teams to define product requirements and oversee smart-home or IoT integration.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to evaluate product performance, monitor lifecycle success, and optimize strategies for growth.</li><li>Drive continuous innovation by staying informed of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in the home appliance space.</li><li>Prepare regular updates, reports, and insights to keep senior management informed on product progress, risks, and opportunities.</li><li>Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.</li></ul>
