<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and analyse weekly and monthly aging reports for cash flow monitoring&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain a well-organised filing system for both physical and digital documents&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure proper handling of company data in line with internal protocols&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support administrative duties, ad-hoc tasks, and special projects</li>
</ul>
