Job Description

  1. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
  2. Maintain proper financial records and documentation
  3. Perform data entry for accounting transactions into accounting systems
  4. Assist in bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
  5. Prepare and present collection update for biweekly meeting with management
  6. Handle cash payments from clients.
  7. Assist with audit preparation and provide necessary documentation
  8. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  9. Liaise with internal departments, clients, and vendors on financial matters
  10. Familiarity with accounting standards and tax regulations

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  2. Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, QuickBooks, or others)
  4. Good organizational and time management skills
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Preferably minimum of 1 year working experience
  8. Good communication skills and strong numerical and analytical skills
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
