<li>Responsible to send office documents or items.</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining good condition and up keeping of the company car.</li>
<li>Able to travel outstation if required.</li>
<li>Standby during office hours, and may include occasional late hours, on weekends or public holidays (OT claimable)</li>
<li>Ad hoc duties as assigned by Director or Company's designates</li>
<li>To keep service record and carry out general maintenance and deliver the vehicle(s) to a workshop when necessary</li>
<li>To maintain the cleanliness of exterior and interior of the vehicle(s), e.g. washing and vacuum the cars periodically</li>
</ul>
