<li>Update customer booking details (ic,phone number,email,vehicle model) for the Admin &amp; Operation Exec to update daily reports (if a booking exists)</li>
<li>Entering customer details into the E-turbo System</li>
<li>Preparing booking forms,down payment,disbursement and handling fee</li>
<li>Preparing insurance forms (Kurnia for Cars &amp; RHB for bikes)</li>
<li>Issuing insurance quotation and covernote</li>
<li>Prepare VCO (payment summary for customers)</li>
<li>Prepare VSO (sales and purchase order for customers)</li>
<li>Prepare memo to salesman (vehicle net selling price)</li>
<li>Entering E-dafter customer details before registration</li>
<li>Coordinating delivery orders for registered customers</li>
<li>Preparing invoice bank.handling fee and company account no to banks</li>
<li>Coordinating with bankers regarding Letter of Undertaking (LOU),Ehak Milik and disbursement</li>
<li>Preparing vehicle tax invoices (closing after disbursement)</li>
<li>Manage file closure after closing (after prepared vehicle tax invoices)</li>
