Job Description
- Update customer booking details (ic,phone number,email,vehicle model) for the Admin & Operation Exec to update daily reports (if a booking exists)
- Entering customer details into the E-turbo System
- Preparing booking forms,down payment,disbursement and handling fee
- Preparing insurance forms (Kurnia for Cars & RHB for bikes)
- Issuing insurance quotation and covernote
- Prepare VCO (payment summary for customers)
- Prepare VSO (sales and purchase order for customers)
- Prepare memo to salesman (vehicle net selling price)
- Entering E-dafter customer details before registration
- Coordinating delivery orders for registered customers
- Preparing invoice bank.handling fee and company account no to banks
- Coordinating with bankers regarding Letter of Undertaking (LOU),Ehak Milik and disbursement
- Preparing vehicle tax invoices (closing after disbursement)
- Manage file closure after closing (after prepared vehicle tax invoices)
Job Requirements
1. Preferably female candidates
2. Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma holder
3. Able to work independently
