Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and culturally aware International Marketing & Sales Intern to join our dynamic real estate team at PropNex Malaysia.
This role is ideal for students who are fluent in Korean or Japanese, and eager to explore how international clients connect with Malaysia’s property market.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in cross-border real estate marketing, client communication, and international sales operations, while working closely with our consultants who serve overseas buyers and investors.

This is more than an admin internship — it’s a chance to understand global real estate dynamics, learn professional communication skills, and contribute meaningfully to a fast-growing brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support consultants in communicating with Korean / Japanese-speaking clients, including inquiries, follow-ups, and appointment coordination.
  • Assist in translating and preparing bilingual marketing materials (brochures, captions, or presentation decks).
  • Conduct market research on overseas buyer trends, investment patterns, and property preferences.
  • Help manage and update property listings, marketing campaigns, and CRM databases.
  • Coordinate social media and marketing activities targeting international audiences.
  • Assist in organizing internal sales reviews, events, and training sessions related to international markets.
  • Liaise with property portals and maintain listing accuracy for better client experience.
  • Provide general administrative and marketing support to the international sales team.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or Language Studies.
  • Proficient in English and either Korean or Japanese (spoken and written).
  • Strong interest in real estate, marketing, or international business.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate well with a young, dynamic team.
  • Basic design or social media skills (e.g., Canva, Instagram, or TikTok) will be an advantage.
