JOB SCOPE:
The incumbent is responsible to assist the Actuarial Manager / Senior Manager to provide support in relation to the MFRS / IFRS 17 financial reporting.
Actuarial knowledge and skills are necessary in relation to the life insurance business.
1. Provide support in delivering MFRS / IFRS 17 valuation. This includes:
2. Perform Prophet modeling and Data Conversion System (DCS) changes to incorporate MFRS / IFRS 17 requirements, including ensuring all required procedures and documentation are completed whenever any revisions are made.
3. Provide support for IT system testing readiness.
4. Recommend solutions to improve efficiency, governance, quality and transparency of processes and reports.
