The GSOC Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and tuning the technology infrastructure and systems the support the GSOC analysts, while ensuring smooth and efficient operations from our tools.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</div><div><ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain the technology infrastructure and systems of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the GSOC and identify and troubleshoot tooling issues.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the GSOC systems and solutions.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with the GSOC team and other members of the global security team to ensure that the GSOC tools, systems, and software are aligned with the overall GSOC objectives.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Stay up to date with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to GSOC Analysts.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Requirements:&nbsp;</div><div><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT with a focus on engineering, network, and security.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Extensive experience with network and security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), SIEM, VPN and endpoint security.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Knowledge of industry-standard security frameworks and regulations.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong understanding of security technologies and tools.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the group information security practice.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Coordination and Communication amongst geographically dispersed teams&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div>&nbsp; Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
