Job Description

• Prepare and deliver engaging tuition lessons in accordance with the Gream Studio curriculum for students aged 3–15.
• Assess students’ learning progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress, and communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s development.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters students’ confidence and enthusiasm for learning.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in education and teaching methodologies, and incorporate them into tuition lessons.
• Participate in Gream Studio events and activities, such as open houses and parent-teacher conferences.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Education or a related field with a strong academic background to effectively deliver tutoring sessions.
• Preferably good in Bahasa Malaysia (able to handle primary and secondary Bahasa Malaysia).
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, enabling clear and effective instruction and interaction with students and parents.
• Demonstrated subject knowledge in areas relevant to the curriculum for children aged 3 to 15, ensuring accurate and comprehensive teaching.
• Proven patience and empathy when working with children, creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment that caters to individual needs.
• Proficiency in various teaching methodologies and tutoring techniques to adapt to different learning styles and maximize student comprehension.
• Ability to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Gream Studio’s program offerings, including Junior Speaker, Mandarin Drama, and Junior Journalist (Chinese Language).
• Strong organizational skills to manage tutoring schedules, track student progress, and communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and confidence in young learners.
